Data collected
Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), message.
AI pre-diagnostic: name, company, email address and your questionnaire answers.
Technical data: IP address, date and time, session cookie.
Purposes and legal bases
(a) Respond to your request and provide the pre-diagnostic — performance of steps taken at your request. (b) Contact you about your enquiry or your pre-diagnostic — based on your consent, given when submitting the form and limited to that purpose. (c) Site security and abuse prevention (IP address, rate limiting) — legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by WizIT SA and its host Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland), acting as processor for hosting and email delivery. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Transfers outside Switzerland / EU
Your data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak) and is not transferred outside Switzerland or the European Union.
Retention period
Form data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. The IP address is anonymised after 12 months. Server logs follow our host's retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: bonjour@wizit.ch.
Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC — edoeb.admin.ch). If you are in the European Union, you may contact your national authority, e.g. the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
Audience measurement
This site uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience-measurement solution configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation. No data is shared with third parties. This measurement meets the CNIL consent-exemption criteria.
Cookies
This site uses only one cookie, strictly necessary for operation and CSRF protection (session cookie). No audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookie is set; no consent banner is therefore required. A simple technical flag (intro animation already seen) is also kept in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared automatically when the browser closes.
Security
We implement appropriate technical measures (HTTPS, security headers, rate limiting, input validation) to protect your data.
